About Pastor Philip S. France, Sr.

Pastor France has served God’s people for more than 40 years. Before founding Living Grace Church in 2003, he spent two decades as an ordained minister and Bible instructor at the Apostolic Church of God under Bishop Arthur M. Brazier. With a Master of Theological Studies and 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Pastor France brings clarity, compassion and practical wisdom to every message.
